Whether a light switch needs renewing, or a house needs rewiring, we can undertake the work for you. By using the NHF Schedule of Rates, 99% of work will be carried out at a set rate, ensuring that you do not receive any nasty surprises. Where the schedules do not cover the requested work, a price will be agreed beforehand. We always stand by our quotations - if the requested work doesn’t change, neither will the price!

Periodic Inspections

All electrical installations need regular inspection and testing to ensure that they remain safe to their users. S2 Electrical Ltd can undertake these inspections for you, and provide a written report, along with a set price for any required remedial work. There is no obligation to use us for any remedial work although we hope you will.

Portable Appliance Testing

As well as the fixed wiring, any appliances should be regularly inspected for damage or hidden faults. S2 Electrical Ltd can carry out this service for you, and provide a fully itemised list of equipment inspected, along with an annual reminder of when the items are due for re-inspection. Repairs can be carried out at the same time, to ensure minimum disruption to you and your customers.

Job Tracking

All of our work is monitored and controlled using Job Tracker© , ensuring that all jobs are completed within the target timescales, and relevant certifications, job sheets and invoices can be delivered electronically. Customers also have the facility to load and track jobs directly via a web interface, without having to rely on faxes or phone calls.
